"Thanks to the ITk Production Database Project at CERN, I have gained experience working at an international level. As a member of the comprehensive database development team, I worked on designing and building its user interface and back-end, as well as leading its development team."
Unicorn University has developed a production database (PD) for the internal detector in the ATLAS experiment at CERN. The work began in 2015 and should be completed in 2024. The PD project involves the two largest multipurpose elementary particle detectors installed on the Large Hadron Collider (LHC). In 2012, the ATLAS detector was the first to provide proof of the Higgs boson, the existence of which was further confirmed by experimental results in 2013. Now, the ATLAS detector is being used to gather other data on ultimate particles of matter at increased luminosity, while preparations are being made for its upcoming reconstruction to meet the needs of higher energy outputs.
