Science and Research
at Unicorn University
The areas studied are also partly motivated by real-world problems that the university encounters through its extensive scientific collaborations with both research institutions and the corporate sector. The main aim of this research is to extend the possibilities of existing methods and to design new ones for current and emerging challenges. Thanks to its broad cooperation with industry, the university has insight into the latest complex problems across various areas of human activity. This not only provides motivation for scientific work on relevant topics, but also offers opportunities for thorough testing of newly designed methods on real data.
