If you come to Unicorn University from another college or university, you may be interested in getting credit for any subjects already completed. The process follows set rules and takes about one week. Also, we can give you preliminary consent which means you will be notified of any credits you will receive before the admission process starts.
Selecting Subjects
The important first step is to specify which subjects you wish to receive credits for. You may receive credits only for those subjects completed within five years of submitting your credit application
Submitting your Application
To submit your credit application, you must provide the syllabus for each completed subject you wish to receive credits for. You must use our university system to submit your application to the Student Administration Office by a pre-agreed deadline.
Checks Made by the Student Administration Office
The Student Administration Office will initially check your application. This process ensures that all necessary documents have been provided and that the details are accurate. If everything is OK, the Student Administration Office will pass your application to the Department Office.
Decision of the Department Head
The Department Office checks the grade you have been given and the syllabus for each subject to ensure that it is at least equivalent to the subject taught at Unicorn University. You will be notified of the decision by means of our information system.
Credited Subject
You will receive credits for each accredited subject.
