The aim of the lessons is to introduce students to additional areas of mathematics that have not been covered, or have only been briefly mentioned, in other mathematics courses, and to demonstrate their practical applications. The lessons will combine theoretical instruction with problem-solving, often using Python. A basic knowledge of programming is therefore required to successfully complete the course.
