Unicorn offers positions in the areas of development, analysis and testing, where candidates can already work on key projects during their studies. "The program is designed to meet the needs of today's students and professionals who choose to study. That's why the course is taught entirely online, allowing a flexible combination of work and education," says Lukáš Debnár, adding that all study materials are also available online.

The programme is open to graduates of technical high schools and grammar schools and allows students to start working at Unicorn during their second year at the latest. "At the moment, the programme is primarily aimed at candidates from Prague, Liberec, Chrudim, Česká Třebová, Pardubice and Prešov in Slovakia, but it is open to candidates from all over the Czech Republic and Slovakia, because there are never enough quality 'ajt's'," adds Gabriela Černá, the company's recruitment department.
