Unicorn University at the CAMBAS Plenary Meeting: MBA Accreditation and the Data and AI Driven Management Program

On Thursday, May 14, we took part in the annual plenary meeting of the Czech Association of MBA Schools, of which Unicorn University has been a member since 2024. In addition to the essential agenda items, such as approving the budget and discussing the Supervisory Committee’s report on the previous year’s financial results, the plenary meeting devoted considerable attention to the conditions and rules for accreditation. During one of the agenda items, the Chair of the CAMBAS Accreditation Committee, Assoc. Prof. Ing. Ludmila Štěrbová, CSc., explained the most important requirements that a university or another provider must meet in order for its Master of Business Administration (MBA) program to be accredited. The accreditation of MBA programs is a key service through which CAMBAS contributes to the cultivation of the Czech MBA market.

Unicorn University has been a member of CAMBAS since 2024. Since this year, it has been offering applicants the MBA program Data and AI Driven Management. Successful participants in the first run of the program will complete it and obtain their MBA degree in 2027. After that, Unicorn University will apply for its accreditation.

The next run of the MBA Data and AI Driven Management program, which, as its name suggests, is a specialized postgraduate program focused on the use of quantitative methods and software tools in business management, will begin in October.
