Axelum at the IT Security Expo & Congress 2023
From October 10 to 12, Nuremberg turned into the “Home of IT Security”. All information security enthusiasts gathered at the it-sa Expo&Congress to experience top-class presentations, interactive discussions and innovative solutions from the world of information security. And since we are into all infosec, we couldn't miss this.
We Showed Nuremberg Some Hacks
Axelum's ethical hackers impressed the participants of the it-sa expo with their impressive physical security demonstrations. Picking the locks and getting through to the other side of the door became a fun game for many. Moreover, our team also demonstrated Active Directory, showcasing various techniques and procedures that real attackers can use to infiltrate systems and networks. This assessment not only serves as a warning against potential risks but also as a challenge to enhance the security of IT systems.
During the it-sa expo, our Red Team Operator Chris Cowling gave an engaging presentation on the often forgotten vector of physical attacks and highlighted different penetration methods. Chris' expertise left the audience in awe of what attackers are able to achieve to gain covert entry into a building.
